We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Mandatory Package Opening Video Requirement. To process any refund request, customers must provide a clear, unedited video recording of the package being opened for the first time. The video must:
• Show the outer packaging (including shipping labels) to confirm it is the correct order
• Capture the full opening process from start to finish
• Clearly display all contents of the package to verify their condition upon receipt
This video is required to help us verify claims related to damaged items, incorrect products, or missing parts, and to ensure the integrity of our refund process. Without a valid opening video, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Inspection/Approval

- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the exchange eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If the exchange is approved, we will process your refund.
- Once approved, a £4.50 handling fee will be deducted from your refund if your item was damaged.
