Thank you for choosing Aura By Khadija. We’re committed to getting your order to you promptly and safely!

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, UK time) after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

UK Domestic Shipping

• Standard Delivery: Sent via Royal Mail, arriving 2-4 business days after dispatch. Cost: £3.99.

• Express Delivery: Available at checkout, arriving 1-2 business days after dispatch. Cost: £5.95.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.

Missing, Lost or Damaged Items

• If you receive a damaged item, or your parcel is lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at aurabykhadija.com within 14 days of the estimated arrival date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO boxes.

• Some products may have restrictions depending on destination; if shipping to remote or restricted locations, delays may occur.
